1 - General Terms and Conditions:  Please place ice cream orders 3 working days (excludes day of order, weekends and Public Holidays) in advance with full 'payment'. Self collection can be done at your preferred scoop shop.

2 - Ice Cream Cakes: Choose up to 2 types of flavors for our Funky Collections. As our ice cream cakes are individually handcrafted, there may be slight variations to the design and color of the cakes.

3 - Delivery: Delivery destination determines the amount of dry ice that is used. Additional charges for dry ice may apply if client needs more than our estimation. It's best to open the package immediately upon arrival and to place the contents in your freezer. Make sure to handle dry ice with gloves. To guarantee delivery , we must have proper and complete addresses.

4 - Exchange and Refund Policy: Our franchisee, The Happy People Co, does not offer any type of refund on goods that have been wrongly selected or change of mind. Please feel free to contact them personally in regards to your individual situation should you wish to discuss refunds or exchanges in more detail.
